2017 Membership Renewal Dues

Dear VHOC Members,

It's time to renew your VHOC Membership for 2017!

Please complete the Membership form below and update your information for the VHOC Membership Roster. Mail the form, and your check payable to VHOC, to the address listed on the form.

Annual dues have not changed: $25 single, $35 family, $10 junior handler.

If you submitted your membership application during the last quarter of this year, you need only pay one-half of the renewal fee.

If you are not planning to renew, we would appreciate hearing back from you by email so avoid unnecessary future dues notices.

Please note, dues are due by December 31, 2016. Payments received after this date will be assessed a $10 late fee.
