Application for Membership

 

If you would like to apply for membership in the Valley Hills Obedience Club, you may download and complete the Application for Membership, ask a club member to sponsor you and mail your application with the first year's dues and application fee to:

If your application is approved by the VHOC Board of Directors, you will need to attend one general meeting or volunteer to help at a VHOC event to activate your membership.
